Rules & Regulations

I, being the applicant (the "Applicant") for admission in Concordia Schools (The "School") unconditionally undertake, understand, confirm, agree, covenant and acknowledge as follows:

• The information provided in the admission form (the "Form") is absolutely true and correct.
• I will forthwith intimate the School in case of any change in the given address and/or contact number.
• I am submitting this Application/ Form with prior approval/ consent of my Father/ Guardian.
• I will adhere to the existing and/or future rules and regulation (the "Rule & Regulation") of the School, which shall remain binding upon me and enforceable against me and will abide by the requirements and/or upon nonpayment of requisite fees/dues.
• I admit Principal's/School's authority of detaining students either before or at the time of the respective board examination upon nonfulfillment of either School's or respective board's requirements and/or upon nonpayment of requisite fees/ dues.
• I will pay all fees, charges and dues whatsoever to School and/or board within stipulated period, failing which School reserves all rights including withdrawal of my name.
• I will not assail School's withdrawal of my name at any forum/ court in any manner, whatsoever and the School's decision shall be final, conclusive and binding upon me.
• I will never carry either licensed or unlicensed weapon in any manner, whatsoever in School.
• I will never commit/ indulge and/or will never attempt, abet, join and instigate any other student/person to do civil wrong/breach of Law/ breach of rules and regulations/criminals’ offence/ criminal activity/ including without limitations terrorist activities at School or elsewhere, failing in which the School shall be entitled to proceed against me.
• I undertake, agree and acknowledge School's/Principal's authority including without limitations withdrawal of my name from the School rolls if, in the opinion of the School and/ or Principal, my stay/ studies at the School is contrary to the Rules & Regulations, discipline, law and/ or my acts defeat the wellbeing of myself and other students.
• I undertake, that if I fail to deposit the first month School fees within 15 days of submission of this form, my admission will be cancelled and any fees/charges deposited will stand fortified.
• Kindly submit the form within the due date.
• Late and incomplete forms will not be considered .
• Please inform the School office, if you suffer from any medical problem .

I, being Father/ Guardian of the Applicant unconditionally acknowledge, affirm, understand and agree to the contents of undertaking mentioned here in above as binding and enforceable against me as Father/ Guardian of the Applicant.
